We understand that five injections can feel daunting, but not to worry, as we offer a numbing treatment to minimise discomfort. Do I need recovery time?
The downtime after this treatment would be very minimal and you should be able to return to light daily activities straight away, but we highly recommend avoiding physical strain – so no trips to the gym and maybe save the washing for the next day.
